The course starts as soon as you click ENROLL. It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. If there are any updates or additions to the course, we'll make sure we email you to let you know.
How much time will this course take?
The total length of videos in these training series is a hair above 7 hours of training. Add in a few minutes per module for quizzes and that should get you a rough estimate of time for this course. However, we understand that the life of a tech is always busy so you can pause or stop at anytime and proceed back again whenever you are ready.
What do I do if I have any administrative problems or some issues that I see with the course?
